Fixed broadband affordability has increased by 1 point in the GCI assessment, which is due to greater market competition brought in through the introduction of the shared fixed network, the report said. “Ramadan in the UAE will most probably fall on Thursday, May 17. The crescent will be formed on Tuesday, May 15, but it will be impossible to see it after sunset,” Ebrahim Al Jarwan, General Supervisor at Sharjah Planetarium, was quoted as saying in Gulf News.
