One of the largest retailers in the US, Macy’s, has teamed up with modest-fashion brand Verona Collection to feature fashionable and modern dresses, cardigans, tops and hijabs on macys.com, starting February 15.
“Verona Collection is more than a clothing brand,” said Lisa Vogl, co-founder of the brand, in a press statement. “It’s a platform for a community of women to express their personal identity and embrace fashion that makes them feel confident on the inside and outside.”
Lisa Vogl is a 2017 graduate of The Workshop at Macy’s, a programme that focuses on minority- and women-owned businesses and develops them into potential retail partners. She co-founded the modest-clothing brand along with fashion designer Alaa Ammuss.
“Through The Workshop at Macy’s, Lisa shared her vision to create a collection that speaks to a community of women looking for a solution to their fashion needs,” said Cassandra Jones, Senior Vice President at Macy’s Fashion.
Verona Collection’s prices are expected to range from $12.95 to $84.95.
